For that specific process, the fingerprints need to be accompanied with a B.T.R verification form and both are sealed in an envelope (with our signature along the seal) before being handed back to the Agent. We have the AZ B.T.R. card as well as the verification form available for those that do not have their own. I always show them the filled out verification form before sealing it all up so they can say to their employer without any doubt that the procedure was handled correctly!
