ID Cards are needed for fingerprinting – even minors

We have had a great deal of minors requesting fingerprinting because they are getting their first jobs. And these jobs might be in a daycare so they need Fingerprint Clearance Cards. So, how does a minor apply for a Fingerprint Clearance Card? Well, the easiest way is to start by getting an Arizona State Identification Card from the Arizona Department of Transportation.
