Medical Marijuana Fingerprint Requirement

The final revised Arizona Medical Marijuana Rules have been approved by the Attorney General’s Office and filed with the Secretary of State. The Arizona Department of Health Services will begin accepting Dispensary Registration Certificate Applications for 10 working days from May 14, 2012 through May 25, 2012. Applications will not be accepted before May 14 or after 5pm on May 25.
